Ashleigh Howland became an entrepreneur to help athletes who suffered with chronic pain. As a horseback rider herself, she had spent the first half of her business-ownership as a muscular therapist. Hands-on and helping anyone who found her. But that hands-on approach was both physically taxing and a just a short-term solution for her clients and before she knew it she was majorly burnt out and unsure how to move forward.
