1. Membership Overview

inKind inkspace is a brand growth incubator, as part of the corporation inKind Design inc., designed to provide resources, guidance, and support to help you grow your brand. By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are automatically collected every month on the billing date specified during registration. All fees are non-refundable. Membership fees are subject to change at the discretion of inKind Design inc., with prior notice given to members.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel paid membership, follow the cancellation instructions on the subscription page in your member profile. To unsubscribe from the email list, open an email and click unsubscribe. For paid members, upon cancellation you will continue to have access to inKind inkspace until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any remaining time on your membership.

4. Access to Content

As a member, you will have access to various resources, materials, and content provided by inKind inkspace. This content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

5. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to participate in a respectful and professional manner. inKind inkspace reserves the right to terminate your membership if you engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the community.

6. Changes to Terms

inKind inkspace and inKind Design inc. reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the membership after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Liability

inKind inkspace is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in inKind inkspace.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts.
