When Beth Masterman of Masterman Executive Coaching first came to me, she wasn’t sure if she really needed a rebrand. Her business was established, her clients trusted her, and her reputation was strong. But something felt missing — like there was a gap between who she knew herself to be and how her brand showed up in the world. That question — “Do I actually need this?” — guided our entire process. What we discovered was that Beth didn’t need a rebrand to “fix” anything; she needed one to reflect her.
Beth is an executive coach with a background in psychology, an incredible depth of intellect, and a quiet confidence that commands respect. Yet none of that richness came through in her old brand. My goal was to bring that inner brilliance to the surface — to design something that felt as smart, strong, and multidimensional as she is. From the masculine-meets-feminine color palette to the logo built around every letter of her name, every detail was intentionally designed to express her depth, her balance, and her presence. Even the textures and colors came together serendipitously, matching art that already hung in her home — a beautiful confirmation that we’d found something true.
The final brand is powerful, professional, and deeply personal. It honors Beth’s intelligence and artistry, giving her a brand that feels like home — something she can wear proudly and lead confidently with. Because sometimes, a rebrand isn’t about starting over. It’s about finally seeing yourself clearly and letting your brand rise to meet you.
