Finding Your Brand Voice isn’t about starting over from scratch.

It’s about learning how to see what’s already there more clearly than you’ve been able to see it before.

So that when someone asks what you do, you don’t have to search for the answer…

Finding Your Brand Voice is where clarity gets to come into focus. In this compact series of conversations, we’ll take everything that’s been living in your head — all the ideas, the layers, the ways you think about your work and what’s getting the way of talking about it — and gently move things around and focus them into something you can actually see and hold onto.

My first job in this process is to listen.

And then it’s to reflect your bigger picture back to you, in a way you likely haven’t been able to see clearly on your own.

The structure is simple:​​

  • We’ll meet for 3 1-hour Identity Coaching conversations

  • Each one will build on the last as we explore your brand and your work more deeply

  • We’ll sort through your ideas, your perspective, your hopes and the limitations you think are in the way

  • I listen, reflect, and ask really good questions that help me to start to connecting the threads

  • After those 3 calls, I’ll take everything I’ve learned and translate it into a Brand Messaging & Positioning Document that will be an unbelievable game changer for your brand and your business.

What's inside of that Brand Messaging and Positioning Document is anything but simple and it IS your bigger picture.
