Who are YOU?
Because your voice isn’t something you need to go find. It’s what’s left when you let go of other people's opinions of you and stop trying so hard to get being you... "right". This live experience is a space to start untangling all of that—gently, honestly, and in real time.

About the event
Who are you?
A LIVE experience of identity, truth, and the voice underneath it all
Because a lot of what we think is “just who I am”…
… isn’t.
It’s things we’ve learned.
Things we’ve adapted to.
Things we’ve decided are true about ourselves because someone else said so.
And over time, those things get so baked into your sense of self that they stop feeling like opinions… and start feeling like identity.
I want to help you loosen up those external layers that are getting in the way. Gently, but honestly.
Because your voice—your real voice—isn’t something you need to go out and find.
It’s what’s there when you’re not trying so hard to get things “right”.
Inside this workshop, you’re going to start noticing things like:
The way you talk to yourself.
The way you hold yourself.
The way certain thoughts feel normal… even when they don’t feel good.
Because noticing is the first step toward letting go of what’s getting in the way of you actually being you.

Multiple Dates (EST):
April 20th 2:30pm
April 23rd 12:30pm
April 29th 11:00am
Think about it. Some of the things you believe about yourself feel like facts.
But they’re not actually facts.
They’re just familiar.
And familiarity is convincing.
Because somewhere along the line someone told you that you were quiet or loud or too big or too small and you believed it. You believed it so much, over time, that it became reality.
But it’s not real. Those things aren’t fact. They’re just stuck in the way of you seeing yourself as the objectively beautiful, wild, amazing, fantastical being you actually are.
Not apologetically, not hesitantly, but with SO MUCH confidence and joy.
You don’t need to become someone new.
You might just need to stop believing everything you think about yourself.
I’m hosting this live experience around REAL identity and voice, and I’d love for you to come experience it with me.
