Brand Design

For Established Businesses

and Organizations

ICON BRAND DESIGN.png

Are you waiting for a brand that can bring your whole team together?
Because as your organization has grown… complexity has grown with it.

More voices. More layers of decision-making.
And over time, things that once felt really clear have started to get a little fuzzy. Not because anyone is doing anything wrong. It’s just what happens when good people are working hard in different parts of the organization.

Everyone cares. Everyone has ideas. Everyone is trying to move things forward.

But when the brand isn’t clearly defined, each team starts interpreting it a little differently.

Brand Design is where we slow things down long enough to reconnect with the core of the organization — what you actually stand for, why the work matters, and how the brand can show up in a way that feels clear, unified, and meaningful across the entire team.

This includes the obvious:

  • Strategic brand positioning

  • Messaging systems

  • A full visual identity system

  • Collaborative stakeholder sessions

  • Leadership and team alignment

But the real work is about clarity.

Inside this process, we:

Clarify who and what the organization really is at its core — not just as a collection of individuals, but as a unified brand

Get underneath the day-to-day noise to identify the deeper mission that actually resonates across the whole team and hits home with your audience

Defining meaningful differentiation so the brand stands out clearly in the marketplace

Creating a verbal and visual system that works across departments, teams, and platforms

Building a brand foundation strong enough to support the organization’s continued growth

This isn’t just about looking polished on the surface.

It’s about creating clarity and deep meaning inside of the work your teams do and how that connects with the world.

When a brand becomes clear internally, how the brand shows up in the world gets to be simple and effective. Teams can communicate more easily. Decisions get to be simpler. People feel more confident representing the organization because they actually understand what the brand stands for.
The brand stops feeling like something the marketing department is responsible for…
And starts becoming something the entire organization understands and embodies.

Organizations that do this work find their teams start speaking the same language

The mission feels clearer and more meaningful across the organization and people feel confident representing the brand

The organization gains tools that support growth instead of constantly scrambling to keep up with it

You stop wasting money on campaigns and marketing efforts that take up valuable time and don’t actually connect with your audience

Why I Do Things Differently

I don’t just patchwork together logos, fonts, and colors… I create brands.
A lot of “branding” focuses on the surface — visuals, style guides, marketing materials. Those things matter. But on their own, that’s not a brand. And in bigger organizations, the real challenge usually isn’t the visuals anyway. It’s alignment.

  • Branding is about creating a shared understanding of who the organization really is and what it stands for.

  • It’s about building the kind of trust that comes from clarity and consistency — inside the organization and out in the world.

  • It’s about helping the people behind the brand show up with confidence, because everyone understands the organization's shared direction and believes in it.

A big part of the work is untangling the noise that builds up over time — the mixed messages, the competing ideas, the well-intentioned efforts that have everyone pulling in slightly different directions — and helping bring it all back together so the team can move forward from the same, much more productive and cohesive, page.

When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a designer.

You’re bringing in someone who can see the bigger picture, ask the questions no one else is asking, and hold the vision for the brand until the whole organization can see it clearly too.

"This whole process felt expansive. It wasn’t just about colors or fonts, it was about voice, presence, and permission to show up fully. It felt like a creative expansion into what’s possible. I felt so supported in the moments when you reflected back to me the vision I hadn’t quite put into words yet. It felt like you saw what I meant, even when I couldn’t fully say it, and then you shaped it into something real, powerful, and beautiful. Thanks again for being such a big part of this journey. You helped me feel seen, and now I get to help others feel that way, too."

"Meg is brilliant. I can't even begin to tell you, she's amazing. If you need someone to brand your business, hands down, above and beyond anything I've ever gotten from anyone else and I've done multiple branding campaigns over the last almost 10 years that I've been an entrepreneur. I've never witnessed anyone do anything the way that Meg does. If you’re seeking branding, she should be her first phone call, she's amazing. I love my new brand and my logos and my pictures, and my brand guide and all of it. Hands down the best I've ever received."
